Installation
What does Remsen require?
Remsen requires macOS 13 or later. Its initial scan needs the macOS permissions shown during setup. You can review those permissions in System Settings.
Why is my first scan incomplete?
Keep Remsen open while it scans, confirm that the requested permissions are granted, and make sure the source apps have finished syncing locally. Remsen should label partial results instead of presenting them as complete.
Plans and billing
When do I have to pay?
You can install Remsen, complete the initial scan, and see your complete first To-Do list for free. A subscription is required when you ask Remsen to refresh the Desk or use ongoing agent capabilities.
How do I change plans or cancel?
Open Remsen’s billing settings and choose Manage subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops your next renewal; access continues through the current paid period.
Can I receive a refund?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a duplicate or incorrect charge appears, contact support so we can investigate it.
Privacy and sources
Where is my full archive?
Your complete archive and Remsen’s durable index remain on your Mac. Selected context is privately processed when you ask Remsen to do AI work. Read the Privacy Notice for the full boundaries.
Should I include a private conversation in a support email?
No. Start with the error, time, app version, and the feature you were using. If evidence is necessary, support will explain how to redact or safely provide the smallest useful example.
Remsen for Work
Why did my text not receive an immediate answer?
The Mac running Remsen must be awake, connected, and paired for immediate processing. When it is offline, supported requests may wait for it to reconnect and will expire after a limited period.
Do I get a dedicated phone number?
No. The first Work plan uses Remsen’s verified shared iMessage service. A dedicated personal number is not included.
