Can I see what Remsen finds before paying?
Yes. The initial scan and your complete first To-Do list are free. The paywall appears when you ask Remsen to refresh the Desk or use ongoing agent capabilities.
Does Remsen upload my whole message history?
No. Your complete archive and index stay on your Mac. For AI work, Remsen sends only the selected context needed for that request. Remsen stores neither prompts nor responses.
Does Remsen send messages for me?
Remsen is review-first. It can prepare replies and other work, but consequential external actions require your approval. You remain in control of what gets sent.
Does Remsen for Work include my own phone number?
No. The first Work plan uses Remsen’s verified shared iMessage service. A dedicated personal number is not included.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
